Marketplace Terms

The Vintage Marketplace is a friendly place for fans to buy and sell oldies treasures. Here is how it works and what we expect from everyone.

Last updated: October 25, 2026

We are the venue, not the seller

I Love The Oldies only provides space for listings. We do not own, inspect, buy or sell the items, and we are not part of any deal between a buyer and a seller.

Sellers are responsible

  • You must own the item and have the right to sell it.
  • Your title, photos, condition and price must be honest and accurate. Use your own photos.
  • You handle questions, payment, shipping or pickup, returns and any taxes.
  • You follow all laws that apply to you and your item.

We do not handle payments

Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly. We never collect money for listed items and we do not offer refunds or buyer protection. Meet somewhere public for local pickups and use a payment method that protects you.

Not allowed

  • Counterfeits, replicas or reprints sold as originals.
  • Fake or altered graded cards, fake slabs or labels, and autographs without honest proof of where they came from.
  • Weapons, ammunition, drugs, alcohol, tobacco or vaping products.
  • Recalled or unsafe items, live animals and anything stolen.
  • Adult content, hateful items, or anything illegal to sell where you or the buyer live.
  • Bootleg or copied music, movies or software.

Sports cards and autographs

Describe grading and authentication honestly. If a card is graded, name the grader in your listing text and give the certification number so buyers can check it themselves. "Sample listing" cards on the Marketplace page are examples only and are not for sale.

We can remove listings

We review listings before they go live and we may edit, decline or remove any listing, or block a seller, at any time and for any reason, including reports from other fans.

Problems and reports

See something wrong? Tell us through the Contact page and we will take a look. Disputes over a sale are between the buyer and seller.
